CIPP Lining — The trenchless cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining method provides long-term solutions for rehabilitation of aging sanitary sewers, storm sewers and culverts, and water and industrial pipes. CIPP is a jointless material that molds to the host pipe, prevents infiltration and exfiltration, and restores structural integrity.
No-Dig Point Repair Systems — Sectional liner repairs provide a structural repair by lining only the areas that require repairs — without excavating the existing pipe or lining the entire pipe. Repairs are performed quickly; multiple liners can be installed in a single day.
Glass Reinforced Pipe — This method uses a thermosetting, resin-impregnated flexible tube that is inflated and cured with hot water or steam to completely reline sanitary sewer and stormwater pipes and culverts.
High-Performance Cleaning — Tri-State employs state-of-the-art Vactor combination sewer cleaners that use high-pressure water to scour the pipes and a powerful vacuum to remove the debris.
Mechanical Spot Repair — Tri-State Utilities offers municipalities an economical way to maintain sewer systems by re-lining rather than replacing entire sections of pipe.
CCTV Sewer Inspection — Tri-State utilizes the latest technology during all CCTV inspections to provide an accurate assessment of the pipe or storm drain condition.
Continuous Fused Sliplining — Traditional HDPE sliplining can be the most cost-effective and efficient rehabilitation method available for large-diameter pipe, depending on the requirements.
Sectional Liners — The PipePatch® point repair system lines only the areas that require repairs. Without digging the pipe or lining the entire pipe, this method saves on material costs and man-hours vs. excavation.
SSES Field Services — Tri-State Utilities offers the following Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) field services to engineering firms and municipalities: pipe cleaning and CCTV inspection; mainline, manhole and lateral inspection; laser profiling and digital scanning; and smoke and dye testing. Services are PACP/MACP/LACP-certified by the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO).
